My name is Ben Herden - welcome to Mortgage Choice. As the Principal owner of both the Gymea and Engadine offices I would like to introduce you to my team home loan specialists:

Loan structuring is a specialty, and something I (as an ex-financial planner) am very passionate about. This might include debt reduction (how to pay off your home loan as fast as possible), or simply reducing your payments.

My background is in home and commercial lending. I spent the first 5 years after University (B.A.) in various lending roles within the ANZ Bank, including Lending Manager at 2 busy city branches.

I bought my first Mortgage Choice franchise in May 1999, quickly moving into a shared office in Caringbah. Since then I have opened my own offices in Engadine and Gymea. Why? Location - to better service our clients through the entire Sutherland Shire.

Shara Nugent has worked within the finance industry all over the world for almost 11 years, and brings with her vast lending experience and a marketing background.

Tracy Carr is our newest recruit. She also has extension experience in personal lending and the "sub-prime" market.

Josephine Pavokovic has 25 years experience in and around the home loan industry and has been with me for over 5 years. You will be dealing with Josephine a lot - she keeps everything on track for you and your lender!

We are all active members of our industry body, MFAA, and I undertake regular training to keep up-to-date on the myriad of loan products changes, and new loan types available.
